What are the store hours for summer?

Sun-Thu: 8:00 am - 9:00 pm

Fri-Sat:  8:00 am - 10:00 pm

Are Pets allowed in the vacation rental homes?

 

Pets are allowed in certain vacation rental homes depending on the Home Owners rules.  We recommend when booking your vacation Home that you inquire with the Home Owner if it is not listed on their booking site.

How far are you located from the nearest interstate?

 

We are located approximately 20 minutes from the nearest interstate.

What are the Check-in & Check-out times for the rentals?

 

Check-in is at 4:00 pm and Check-out is 11:00 am

When renting a boat from you for multiple days, do we have to return the boat to the marina each day?

 

Boat rentals are returned by 7pm on your final rental day.

How much is the deposit for your boat rentals?

 

The deposit is One Days Rental and is processed to secure your reservation.  At check-in, the deposit becomes your Damage Deposit for the rental.  As long as there is no damage upon the return of the boat, the damage deposit is refunded on the next business day.  You may also use it toward any fuel that needs replaced.

How early can we pick up our boat rental?

 

Boat rentals may be picked up as early as 8am and must be returned by 7pm.

What are the most popular items on Froggie's Patio Bar menu?

 

We think it is ALL YUMMY!  However, you MUST try our Norris Lake Famous Chicken Wings!  The Pizza's, Burgers and Fresh Crisp Salads are all very popular too!

Do you offer "Seasonal" boat slips?

 

Every year we have a couple of "Seasonal" slips available.  Please call Jerry at the Marina to find out more.
